"What a crew and what a fun experience this was. I am 52 years old and ICBC took my motorcycle license away when I immigrated to Canada from Germany some time ago.

I appreciate the professionalism of the booking department, finance department as well as reception.  They respond quickly to our needs and we've developed a good relationship in that we are successful in booking very accurately what is needed, and if dates & times are not available, alternate dates are worked out and established.  The facilities for classroom training are well equipped with exprienced, educated & professional staff who deliver course content in a way that makes training enjoyable and easily understood.

Great customer service! Currently sending my 4th kid through Valley. They have helped all of my kids get trained and pass their tests. I have kids with some anxiety and neurological issues, and they always put in the extra effort to match the right instructor with my kids.
