School Time Special

⏰ School Time Special lessons are available on school days (Monday-Friday) outside of spring break, summer holidays, winter break & Pro-D days with a start time prior to 2:30pm. ⏰

⏰ School days are based on the public school district calendars for each municipality. ⏰

Looking for an entry level program or to brush up on your current skills? Our School Time Special is for all experience levels and perfect for your driving needs! This program provides students with direct access to our knowledgeable on-road Instructors who will teach, coach and provide valuable instruction during your driving journey.

We designed this program with students in mind. Not in high school? Attend driving school instead! Whether you have a spare block from school or have mornings off of work, all walks of life can benefit with valuable one-on-one time with our Instructors while keeping costs down! Our training sessions will be uniquely tailored to each individual student’s skill level and learning style as those play an important role in the effectiveness of these two 90-minute on-road sessions.

Take advantage of the School Time Special and buy multiple programs to gain even more experience driving in your everyday surroundings, or even going outside of your comfort zone to become a skilled, more confident driver – all while saving money! 

If you’re not available during the school day, consider taking 90-minute individual lessons with one of our skilled instructors. We offer flexible schedules including evenings and weekends to fit your training needs.

With a class 5/7 licence you can drive:

Two-axle vehicles including cars, vans, trucks & tow trucks (Trailers or towed vehicles may not exceed 4,600 kg)
Motorhomes (including those with more than 2 axles)
Passenger vehicles used as school buses with seating capacity of not more than 10 persons (including the driver)
Construction vehicles & utility vehicles
Three-wheeled vehicles — does not include three-wheeled motorcycles (trikes) or motorcycle/sidecar combinations

Steps for Success

To get a car licence in BC, you must be 16 years old, pass vision/medical screening & follow these steps:

Book & pass the class 7L written test at ICBC
Complete training & practice (60 hrs rec’d)
Book & pass a road test at ICBC to obtain your class 7N
Stay prohibition free during the N stage
Book & pass a road test at ICBC to obtain a full privilege class 5
Register for our Graduated Licensing Program: A happy young driver and driving instructor inside a car during a professional training session.

GST and ICBC fees are not included in our Car Training pricing. Manuals and handouts are included with tuition.
