To prepare for the class 2 knowledge test, start by studying the Driving Commercial Vehicles book and taking practice tests to assess your knowledge. You’ll also need to take an ICBC approved air brakes theory course (which is included in Valley’s Class 2 Program), and pass the ICBC air brake knowledge test prior to scheduling your on-road Class 2 Training Program.

Valley Driving School provides ICBC-approved class 2 driver training, covering all the skills and inspections required for licensing.

Yes. Many school buses in British Columbia are equipped with air brakes, which means you’ll likely need an air brake endorsement (code 15) with your class 2 licence. You can complete this endorsement through Valley Driving School’s program – it includes both theory and practical components to prepare you for the ICBC road test.
