Class 1 Career Training Program

Your career as a Professional Driver starts here! "Qualified" drivers are in demand and employers are looking for "Experienced" drivers. This training program is designed to prepare you, the new professional driver with the knowledge, skills and the experience in all aspects of operating a tractor trailer unit necessary for your success.

This 8 week (160 hours) Advanced Training Program includes:

• 80 hours Class 1 driving in advanced city driving, extensive
  backing maneuvers, mountain driving, scale procedures, pre-trip
  vehicle inspections, coupling and uncoupling of tractor trailer units
  and the use of our vehicle for your road test
• 30 hours observing city and highway driving
• 50 hours classroom and lab training covering; fuel efficient
  driving, defensive driving techniques, log books, route planning,
  transporting dangerous goods, extreme driving conditions,
  loading, securing, tarping loads and axle weight adjustments
