Can anyone enter?

With a valid Class 5 and a Class 6L, you can enter any of Valley's I.C.B.C. approved rider education courses.

Where do I start?

Join us in our 8-hour Motorcycle Theory Course where our well-trained and knowledgeable instructors offer an in-depth look into all the elements of motorcycle riding.

What is the Motorcycle Skills Test (MST)?

To remove the supervisor, highway, and speed restrictions from your learner's license, you must first pass the I.C.B.C. required skills test (the MST). However, Valley Driving School enables you to bypass the MST upon successful completion of the Motorcycle Skills Course

This includes the Theory Course and a 10 hour skill development in an off-street site. Our instructors will cover all aspects of riding control and motorcycle operation including steering, balance, throttle and clutch control, and brake use.

Can I get my full license to ride a motorcycle?

If you have a valid Class 5 and a Class 6L, register for our Motorcycle Traffic Course which will give you 10 hours of riding in many challenging and varied traffic situations and will prepare you for the final I.C.B.C. Road Test (MTT).

Under the supervision of our experienced instructors, you will be given training in intersection maneuvers, hazard perception, parking and observation, all important requirements for a successful MTT. Valley Driving School can book the test for you plus supply the motorcycle

I already have experience. Can I get a refresher?

Valley offers One-On-One Training - a perfect way to prepare for the MTT or ideal for the busy professional who has limited free time. This also includes the use of a motorcycle.

Is there one package for all levels?

The Complete Motorcycle Course combines both our skills and traffic programs (including the Theory Course and the MST) at a reduced price.

Are the motorcycles supplied?

Valley's newly acquired motorcycles are given to registered students for all the training courses. For those desiring extra practice, Valley offers motorcycles at a special rental price. Helmet rentals are also available.

Who are the instructors?

All of our instructors are Government licensed and certified. With over twenty years of riding and teaching experience our instructors will make you feel confident and comfortable while they guide you towards a rewarding experience.
